COMPETITION RULES
Teams Need to Bring:

Teams will bring their own grills and smokers. No more than two grills or smokers per team.

NO PROPANE OR ELECTRIC GRILLS/SMOKERS PERMITTED.

12' x 12' canopy tent or smaller, cooking utensils, towels, gloves, foil, paper towels, knives, spoons, forks, their barbecue prowess, secret sauces, spicy blends, family secrets and grilling attitude

Teams will be judged by a panel of barbecue judges in each of four categories; ribs, chicken, sliders and the open category. A "Taster's Choice" overall award will go to the team with the best attitude and food as judged by tasters.
Each team will be provided with the following:

Foil Serving Tins and Sterno

Six or more slabs of pork ribs

Six or more whole chickens (Pre-cut)

Ten Pounds of ground beef and slider buns
